The Earth Explore Foundation's unique hands-on EE programs immerse middle school and elementary students and their teachers in environmental education in spectacular locations. Current programs include Alaska, Hawaii's Big Island, California and the Rockies. Curriculum includes species, climate change, landforms, ecosystems, biomes and the human-nature dynamic. Supporters of No Child Left Inside.

Mission
The mission of the Earth Explore Foundation is to sponsor and support outdoor activities and programs that further the environmental understanding of young people and their teachers.

Varies depending upon destination and program length

Features
Partnerships with University of Hawaii, University of California, Teton Science School, Yellowstone and Yosemite Institutes. Create and provide unique outdoor experiences that immerse young people and teachers in activite exploration of the outdoors, with an emphasis on hands-on environmental learning.

Serves students and teachers nationwide.

Additional
Teachers must enroll as soon in fall and winter as possible, and before March 15th in order to participate. Teachers travel with 8 students.
